🍫 Homemade Millionaire's Shortbread
Millionaire's Shortbread is one of those bakes that always feels a little bit special. A buttery shortbread base, rich homemade caramel and a smooth chocolate topping combine to create a classic traybake that's perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Although it looks impressive, each stage is straightforward when taken one step at a time. The hardest part is often waiting for it to chill before slicing.
